Phone Support - Got
a problem need instant support, aas long as your a current customer
the first 15 Minutes of Phone support to solve a problem is always
free. If you have just a general question like "What kind of
PC should I buy?" again the first 15 minutes are always free.
After the 15 minutes you can get support as long as you want at a
reduced rate.
On-Site Support
- Our regular hours are 8am to 6pm Monday
thru Friday. Weekend and night services are at a premium
rate unless you have a service contract.
Remote Support -
Remote support can include the use of software which controls the
broken PC such as PCAnywhere, VNC or terminal Services. This is sometimes the most effective and
quickest way to resolve your problems. Furthermore the support is at a
reduced rate.
E-mail Support -
E-mail Support is always free as long as long as the responses are never exceeding
the back and forth of 10 e-mails and are of 200 words
or less..
